Rockstar is the pioneer of "Open Environment" gaming. And thus others will follow. I say it's possible because they have a little more time in development to give GTA 4 a run for it's money. Which I say it will be a "BIG RUN".
I have over 75 hours on GTA. My longest session was over 3 hours (when I firs got it). Not once it lock up on me an no RRoD. The only thing I suggest is get the Nyko Intercooler EX. I usully take the Intercooler off at least once a month to clean the fans for dust. And besides, all of my friends who have 360's never said once that GTA "locked-up" and gave them RRoD.
Another 360 bashing post?!! Once you buy the content on XBL, you can always download it again for free (Just under the account name the content was downloaded from). There is a big list of XBL Arcade games they are about to remove. For the ones who downloaded these games, they can still download them after being removed from Arcade.
Dedicated servers!!! Me and my boys play this game every night. You would not believe at least 3 of them of how powerful their shotgun & lancers are. And not to say how many bullets needed to take them down. Always averaging 10-14 kills and 8-13 downs per game. Terrible!!
I don't think that Toshiba is trying to kill Blu-Ray. If I'm not mistaken, the ration format this "Super Upconverting" DVD player is supposed to put out 680p. Xbox Live puts out 720p in HD. HD Cable puts out 1080i (or 720P) which I switched around about several times and I cannot tell the difference (which I have a Samsung 56in 1080p HDTV). MS should just say "Fck It" in Japan. Quality is #1 perspective when it comes to Technology over there. RRoD may have struck a massive blow to MS over there. I say pack it in, come back to the USA. I just posted this article for the fact that it is the "Red Hulk". Now we have people just posting BS comments just because it the 360. It's still the same game on all platforms. It may be different versions for PS2, PS3, PC, Wii & DS. I just posted this for Marvel fanboys, not for the console fanboy sheit!! Red Hulk is new spin-off in the Marvel Universe. I will have Fable 2, Gears 2 & MGS4 on day one. I'm not hyped on Killzone or Resistance. But SOCOM?!!! Hell yea!!!!! This is the game that started online multiplayer gaming for me.
All electronics (and other) companies do this?!! You can have two or more products with diffrent model numbers. One came out 2 months ago and the new model came out last week. GRID has the best car damage I've seen so far in a racing game. It's like Project Gotham arcade style mixed with Forza damage physics. I couldn't believe the damage I gave my car on the drifting circuit on the demo. The outrageous torque of the Mustang GT was hard as hell to drive. The damage sustained on the Nissan Silvia while drifting was sick. This is one of the best racing games I've ever played. If you want a challenge for a racing game, GRID is the one.

I disagree with you. SOCOM was the first for matchmaking, but not the best. I give Halo "Best" for matchmaking. I hated the fact that everyone shared voice chat for 10 seconds in the lobby. And your team had to share 10 seconds while playing (whoever pushed the circle button first).
Now I can support your opinion about SOCOM online experience. SOCOM is one of the "Pioneer's" of Online Multiplayer gaming on consoles.
